Check-In Policies
Check-in is 3:00 pm with a 1:00 pm early check-in option available for $20
Check-out is 11:00 am with a 1:00 pm late check-out option available for $25
1. Room Locations
Our property comprises of three houses:
Magnolia House (402 Harrell St) includes:
- Room 1 (Pandapas Queen)
- Room 2 (New River Queen)
- Room 3 (Dragon's Tooth King/Queen Suite)
Dogwood House (400 Harrell St) includes:
- Room 4 (Huckleberry King)
- Room 5 (Cascades King/Queen Suite)
- Room 6 (Victoria Zen King)
Main House (401 Clay St SW) includes:
- Room 7 (Appalachian Queen/Twin Suite)
- Room 8 (Smithfield King)
- Room 9 (Blue Ridge Queen)
- Room 10 (Juneberry King)
2. Parking Options
Parking is available in multiple areas. There are no assigned parking spots — guests may park wherever space is available.
Available Parking Areas:
- Driveway: To the right of the Main House
- Gravel Lot: Right in front of the Main House
- Brick Area: In front of the Magnolia and Dogwood Houses
- Grassy area: If necessary (game day, for very large vehicles, etc)
3. Checking Into Your Room
All houses and rooms have keypad locks. Your code is the last four digits of your phone number. If it’s dark, press the button at the bottom left-hand corner of the keypad to light up the numbers, then enter your code. The door locks automatically when closed.
4. Breakfast
Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning. Some menu items include the breakfast tacos, breakfast bagel, ham cups, and oatmeal.
Breakfast costs $9.95 per person, and orders must be placed by 5:00 AM the morning of.
