Main House
The Main House 401 was built in 1929 and is on the Historic listing in Blacksburg. It has 1 Queen Junior Suite, The Appalachian. It also has a King room, The Smithfield, and a Queen room, The Blue Ridge. The main house's first floor is open and able to be used for meeting space or just a relaxing afternoon.
The entire house can be booked, please call or email for pricing. By booking the entire house this means you will have the house to yourselves, and no other guests will be allowed in. You will have total privacy.

Appalachian King Junior Suite
A two-room second-floor suite features a king bed in the main room and a twin bed in the second one. The rooms pay homage to the Appalachian Mountains. The room has a bath with both a tub and shower.
Room 8
Smithfield King
This upstairs room is themed after the historic Smithfield estate. The space features a king bed and a bath with a shower but no tub.
Room 9
Blue Ridge King
This upstairs room is themed after the Blue Ridge Mountains. Space permits one rollaway bed for an extra person. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
